IMPORTANT NOTICE On July 18, 2008 Perihelion Global, Inc. provided an update on the corporate restructure that was effective June 17, 2008. The Company announced that due to the current market conditions and challenges caused by natural disasters affecting parts of the U.S., several shareholders of record (shareholders who hold physical certificates) have expressed that they will have difficulty exchanging their share certificates by the previously announced July 18, 2008 mandatory surrender deadline. To accommodate shareholders affected by events outside their control, Perihelion Global has extended the deadline for the mandatory exchange to August 18, 2008. Shareholders who hold shares at their broker dealer in street name (shareholders who do not own shares in paper certificate form) will automatically have their shares exchanged electronically by their broker dealer without having to obtain a paper certificate.

Energy
Perihelion is a full producing member of the National Biodiesel Board (NBB) currently engaged in the construction and operation of a Biodiesel Refinery in Opp, Alabama. On June 18, 2008 Perihelion Biodiesel was registered with the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)*(see legal notice below).

As of September 30, 2008 Perihelion is currently awaiting Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Excise Tax Certification approval to enable the Company to sell Biodiesel produced in our Opp, Alabama Biodiesel Refinery.

Natural Resources
Perihelion owns a patented gold mine on the Utah/Nevada border in the Pilot Mountain range. Perihelion is currently in the development stages of creating production from this property. The Company has been granted small scale mining permit from the State of Utah, Division of Oil, Gas & Mining. Perihelion’s patented claim and other mining claims are surrounded by land owned by the United States Dept. of Interior, Bureau of Land Management. The Company has received a right of way permit over federal land to its patented claim from the United States Dept. of Interior, Bureau of Land Management, valid until December 2012.
